Equipment Features
The hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinder, and control cabinet are all fixed on the equipment's framework, resulting in a simple structure, attractive appearance, and easy transport and installation. The use of a vane pump to supply oil reduces noise during operation, ensuring the steel wire pulls out at normal speed, thus enhancing working efficiency and the lifespan of hydraulic components. The mechanism employs an unladen hook to reach out, cutting the bead at a slow speed and hydraulically pulling out the bead wire, thereby improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity through the use of a lift device.
