This machine adopts a system of toothed blades that roll and shear, optimizing stress levels on the blades and the main shaft to effectively minimize wear. Utilizing a cycloid reducer and a hard-tooth reducer offers significant advantages: robust bearing capacity, elevated efficiency, reduced noise levels, and increased lifespan. Additionally, the wear-resistant alloy blades are designed for repeated sharpening, thereby significantly prolonging the blades' lifespan. The blades are easily maintained and sharpened, with the convenience of being dismantled and installed seamlessly.
